Mainstream again! We are returning to our former status of a mainstream club, with one Plus tip at each dance. We hope that all of the clubs encourage their Mainstream graduates to dance as often as possible. Our new graduates are Cindy Salsbury and Mimi and Chris Blejwas. Keep on dancing, friends!
In April we had quite a number of raids. Our fellow dancers came from F.A.D., Bee Sharps, Cross Trail Squares, Mountain Squares, GSSDCA, and Reelers. Thanks to you and our guests, we had a wonderful turnout and the dances were a lot of fun.
The Kuhnes and the Sandersons attended the National Convention in Detroit. Mary Pickett will continue with her Phase 4 Round Dance Workshop at our dances from 7:00-7:30. The cost of the workshop is $3 per person You can let Mary know which Phase 4 dances you would like to work on. Our pre-rounds will continue to be from 7:30-8:00 and squares will begin t 8:00.
Our new officers for the coming season are Barbara and George Kuhne, Presidents; Sunny Kordower and Cindy Salsbury, 1st Vice Presidents/Class Coordinators; Florence Speck and Janice Uhlig, 2nd Vice Presidents/ Refreshments; Marilyn Vice, Treasurer; Al Kendziora, Secretary; and Jan and Paul Sanderson, NNJSDA Delegates.
